Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with Spark Motion’s vision and goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage key accounts.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and digital teams to develop client-focused solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment and media industry stakeholders.
Who We’re Looking For
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in entertainment, media, or digital industries.
- A strong network within the creative, music, and multimedia ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
