Job Summary

  • As Senior Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, overseeing client service teams, and driving revenue growth.
  • You will serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance on experiential marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
  • Lead and mentor client service teams, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client service
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, etc.) to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Provide expert guidance on experiential marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Analyze client needs and market trends to inform agency strategies

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in client service, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in experiential marketing or a related industry (desired).
