Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled and result-oriented Senior Client Service Officer to lead client relationship efforts and ensure outstanding client experience.
  • The ideal candidate will proactively manage client engagements, resolve concerns efficiently, and work collaboratively to drive client satisfaction and profitable growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a lead point of contact for key clients and ensure prompt, effective communication.
  • Manage client onboarding, service delivery, and feedback processes.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify client needs and recommend services or programs that align with their goals.
  • Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and speed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and follow-up.
  • Develop strategies to improve client retention and service profitability.
  • Provide periodic reports on client service metrics, satisfaction levels, and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in Account management role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
