Job Summary
- An experienced Content Writer crafts compelling, SEO-optimized content tailored to target audiences to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality blog posts, articles, website copy, and social media content.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics.
- Optimize content for SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce multimedia content.
- Edit and proofread for clarity, grammar, and style.
Measurable KPIs
- Organic traffic growth.
- Engagement metrics on content (shares, comments).
- SEO ranking improvements.
- Content approval turnaround time.
- Lead conversions from content-driven campaigns.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in content writing, preferably for construction or real estate.
- Certifications in SEO (e.g., Yoast SEO Certification) or Content Marketing are advantageous.
- Strong storytelling, research, and editing skills.
