The Role:

• We are in search of a seasoned Full-stack Developer to join our team in a permanent capacity. In this role, you will collaborate with our Senior and Lead Developers on various development projects. We are seeking individuals with extensive software development expertise, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, a strong technical background, and creative problem-solving abilities. Your work schedule will follow standard hours, Monday to Friday, from 0800 to 1700 (local time), with a combination of in-person office attendance and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize, assign, and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle.
• Oversee and guide the assessment, creation, and implementation of software solutions.
• Develop efficient and well-designed code.
• Review, test, and debug code produced by team members.
• Coordinate product releases with internal teams.
• Generate technical documentation.
• Ensure the security and currency of our applications.
• Exhibit effective delegation and time management skills.
• Apply problem-solving abilities.
• Architect client-side and server-side systems.
• Uphold the company’s core values.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of development experience.
• A 3-year university degree in fields such as Mathematics, Science, Finance, or Engineering is mandatory. Advanced degrees in IT, like a Master’s in Computer Science, are advantageous.
• Hands-on coding experience in development projects (Java and Python).
• Demonstrated quick learning capabilities and willingness to contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
• Effective collaboration skills within a team environment, with an openness to feedback and suggestions.
• Strong time management abilities and prioritization skills to meet project deadlines.

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Java, Python
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud Services: AWS (EC2, RDS, EBS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, Security Groups, etc.)
• DevOps: Kubernetes, Jenkins

• Frameworks: Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Node.js, and Kafka.
