Job Description
- Document plans to deliver products features over time.
- Assess the competitive moves, market and tech trends into which we are developing our product.
- Gather and prioritise your product requirements.
- Create an internal and external roadmap to educate respective stakeholders about where the product is headed and what to expect in the future.
- Manage from concept to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally, product end of life.
- Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
- Perform data analysis of key metric and related sales targets via the website and mobile.
- Draw meaningful conclusions from activation/campaign data and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and return on investment.
- Analyse market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
- Develop a market/product requirement document.
- Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives, including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and key customers.
- Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
- Perform product demos to customers and develop relationships in key clients (B2B)
- Monitor, report and improve product performance
- Develop and deliver training to technical sales support
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
- Posseses a B.Sc in Product Design, Engineering or related fields.
- Have been working as a product person in a B2C digital business or a startup for atleast 3 years
- Have led product iterations on acquisition, activation, discovery, engagement and checkout patterns
- Are tech literate and can lead conversations with software engineers effectively both in discovery and delivery phases
- Have incorporated user research feedbacks into product increments
- Have supported the creation of efficient user experience design flow in different markets
- Have command of data around you products, through which you created global B2C successful iterations
- Have steered your products to success as defined by KPIs set within stakeholders from all departments in your company
- Contribute to the definition of your product strategy
- Are fluent in spoken and written English
