- In the capacity of a Senior Project Manager, your role entails meticulous planning, efficient organization, vigilant monitoring, and the supervision of a team of Customer Services Project Managers, all geared towards meeting well-defined requirements. This pivotal position entails guiding and steering cross-functional teams responsible for delivering projects within specified timelines, adhering to budgets, and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and ensure adherence to project objectives, schedules, and budgets, all while closely aligning with customer requirements.
- Lead and inspire a team of Services Project Managers.
- Foster a positive and cohesive team spirit within the project, motivating team members to exhibit high levels of dedication and commitment.
- Proactively monitor and manage various facets, including safety, quality, reliability, qualification, progress, and cost, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Play an active role in the Contract Review process, facilitating the translation of agreed terms and conditions into project or sales orders.
- Ensure seamless alignment between services projects and PL (Product Line) processes to effectively implement client requirements.
- Consolidate and negotiate internally generated Variation Orders on behalf of the PLs.
- Identify and meticulously document all Quality, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), Technical, and Commercial risks associated with the project, and develop comprehensive mitigation plans that are executed effectively.
- Participate in and lead Customer and internal reviews in accordance with established schedules.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Services).
- Accumulate 4+ years of pertinent experience in oil and gas operations and/or project management related to multidisciplinary operations.
- Demonstrate a track record of effective project leadership.
- Exhibit proficiency in Project Management functional competencies.
- Display the ability to foster consensus and build strong relationships among managers, partners, and team members.
- Possess exceptional communication skills.
- Showcase relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Apply knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive improvement and sustain performance.
- Embrace a customer-centric approach.
- Thrive as a self-motivated initiator, proactively taking charge to lead and resolve challenges through collaborative efforts.
