Job Title: Senior Sales Officer (Female)

Job Summary

  • The Senior Sales Officer plays a critical role in driving the company’s strategic growth initiatives.
  • This position is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, managing key client and partner relationships, and supporting the execution of comprehensive growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales Growth: Drive revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities while managing key client relationships.
  • Strategic Client Engagement: Develop tailored sales strategies, conduct client meetings, and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze market data, and provide insights to enhance sales performance.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Leverage your expertise in contract negotiation to close high-value deals with efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with all team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales targets, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of KPIs.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor`s Degrees
  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in sales of Service is key.

Salary

  • N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
