Job Title: Senior Secretary
Ref: SSEC
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Plan, organize and schedule his Principal for daily and weekly activities
- Make travel arrangements.
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Minimum of HND or Degree in Secretarial Studies or any related field.
- Relevant training certifications will be added advantages.
- Mature male candidates only.
- Minimum of 12 years cognate experience in secretarial management.
- Not less than 40 years old.
- Must have worked as secretary in reputable companies
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
