Job Title: Service Desk, Event, Incident Management & Request Fulfilment Officer
Location: Marina, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support.
- Follow up with all calls logged to the Service desk and ensure closure within SLAs.
- Call prioritization, categorization, escalation/referral, and resolution,
- Weekly report to Unit head on number of Logged, open, and unresolved requests
- Assigning users requests to different workgroup using fresh service
- Resolving IT Issues through phone/ Teams/ email /service desk portal.
- Service desk alongside other first level functions must resolve 35% of all tickets logged against Technology Group.
- Carry out any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- Qualification: OND holders only
- Age: Not more than 23 years of age.
Salary
- N118,034.59 Monthly (Net).
