Job Title: Service Desk, Event, Incident Management & Request Fulfilment Officer

Location: Marina, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support.
  • Follow up with all calls logged to the Service desk and ensure closure within SLAs.
  • Call prioritization, categorization, escalation/referral, and resolution,
  • Weekly report to Unit head on number of Logged, open, and unresolved requests
  • Assigning users requests to different workgroup using fresh service
  • Resolving IT Issues through phone/ Teams/ email /service desk portal.
  • Service desk alongside other first level functions must resolve 35% of all tickets logged against Technology Group.
  • Carry out any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

  • Qualification: OND holders only
  • Age: Not more than 23 years of age.

Salary

  • N118,034.59 Monthly (Net).
