Job Overview

  • This person would be tasked with providing technical support and assistance to Technology client’s internal and external.
  • Support would range from 1st level to 2nd level support.
  • The person should have a base knowledge of DevOps.

Demonstrate knowledge of ITSM practices Like:

  • Request management
  • Incident management
  • Problem management
  • Change management
  • Configuration management.
  • Monitoring and analytics.
  • Knowledge Management
  • Good Knowledge of ITSM tool integration across various internal interfacing channels such as web, mobile, and desktop app (slack, skype, teams).
