- Work under the guidance of the Manager, Service Management,
- Crucial for the day-to-day aperational excellence and continuous improvement of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes within the fintech.
- Must combine process expertise with strong technical acumen to drive resolution and prevent recurrence.
