Summary
- We are seeking a Service Management Executive to join our team, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients and internal teams.
- The role involves overseeing service performance, ensuring service quality, managing service delivery timelines, and addressing service-related issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Continuously scan and monitor customer links to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and report any performance issues or irregularities in service links.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide preliminary troubleshooting for service-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Forward unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate department or channel for further resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, service disruptions, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Provide regular reports to the Head of Service Management or Team Lead, highlighting key issues, resolutions, and trends.
Qualifications & Skills
- HND / BSc Degree and professional qualification in relevant course
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage customer relations effectively.
- Experience in service management or NOC is a plus.
Salary
- N150,000 – N180,000 monthly.
