Job Title: SharePoint Developer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job Summary
- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our collaborative platforms. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about leveraging SharePoint to enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions (sites, workflows, web parts, and apps).
- Migrate and modernize legacy SharePoint systems to SharePoint Online/2019.
- Develop SPFx solutions using React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Create and maintain documentation for code, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint performance or functionality issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in SharePoint development.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, CSOM, REST API.
- Experience with Power Platform, Azure services, or Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, .NET, C#.
- Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft 365/SharePoint certifications.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
