Job Summary
- We are seeking to engage an experienced shipping manager with a practical knowledge of international shipping by Air and Sea for our operations in Nigeria.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of a Second Class University Degree in any related field.
- Profound knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
- Extensive experience in budgeting and reporting.
- Familiarity with shipping industry regulations.
- Expertise in importation and exportation of equipment via air and sea.
- Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in liaising with suppliers, from equipment purchase to shipping and delivery.
- Skilled in customs clearance procedures for all incoming and outgoing items.
- Capable of coordinating transportation for equipment dispatch to crews.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
