Job Title: Shop Floor Attendant
Location: Anthony, Lagos

Job Description
- Greet and assist customers with cake selections, product information, and order pickups.
- Maintain clean and attractive display counters and ensure cakes and pastries are properly presented.
- Monitor stock levels on the shop floor and restock shelves, fridges, and displays as needed.
- Ensure the shop floor, including counters, glass cases, and floors, is kept tidy and sanitized regularly.
- Support in packaging cakes and pastries professionally and hygienically.
- Assist with simple cashier duties when required (POS operation, processing payments).
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
Requirements
- OND or equivalent; previous experience in a retail or food environment is an advantage.
Salary
- N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
