Job Title: SME Relationship Manager

Locations: Surulere & Island – Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client in the Microfinance sector is seeking experienced and results-driven SME Sales Relationship Managers to lead their SME banking sales efforts.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), identifying new business opportunities, and growing our loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential SME customers.
• Identify and acquire new SME customers and grow loan portfolio.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment of SME customers.
• Develop and present customized financial solutions to SME customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Monitor and manage credit risk and ensure compliance with the bank’s policies.

Requirements

• NCE, ND, HND or BSc in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales or business development within a financial institution.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of SME banking products and services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with microfinance banking products and services.

• Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
