Job Title: Social Community Manager

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Community Manager with a passion for the entertainment and makeup industries.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in networking with influencers and user-generated content (UGC), as well as a flair for brand advocacy and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content scripts and innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audience across various platforms.
  • Influencer Networking: Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and drive user-generated content.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze community feedback to inform brand advertising strategies and product development.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as the voice of the brand, promoting our values and engaging with our community to foster loyalty and advocacy.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute events that enhance brand visibility and community engagement, including collaborations with influencers and industry partners.
  • Collaboration Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships that align with brand objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Actively respond to DMs, comments, and reviews, fostering a positive community atmosphere and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on community engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content strategies.
  • Fluency in English, as well as other languages commonly spoken in Dubai, may be necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base
  • Enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Address customer feedback and reviews effectively
  • Able to analyze data and produce action plans to optimize

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 – 5 years experience.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the entertainment and makeup industries.
  • Strong network of influencers and content creators within the beauty and entertainment sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and scripts.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Ability to analyze community feedback and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools for community management and analytics.
