About the Role

  • Are you creative, strategic, and deeply familiar with digital trends? We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media & Content Manager who can lead the charge in growing our online presence, building strong community engagement, and delivering content that informs, inspires, and converts.
  • This is more than a posting job – it’s a role for a digital storyteller who understands platforms, algorithms, and people.

What You’ll Do
Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
  • Own and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with key campaigns, product milestones, and global trends.
  • Analyze performance data and audience insights to refine strategies and maximize engagement.

Content Creation & Curation:

  • Write engaging, on-brand captions and post copy that reflect our voice and mission.
  • Create content to produce scroll-stopping visuals, reels, carousels, and more.
  • Create UGC-style scripts and creative briefs that support influencer and creator collaborations.
  • Create eye-catching photo and video content that aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Design branded graphics, reels, carousels, animations, and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and more.
  • Stay current on platform aesthetics, meme culture, and content trends to keep designs fresh, relevant, and engaging.

Community Engagement & Brand Advocacy:

  • Actively manage comments, DMs, and community inquiries across platforms, maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
  • Manage and grow online communities across platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and share community-driven content.
  • Organize virtual or physical events, meetups, and webinars to engage the community.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with community needs.
  • Build relationships with followers, influencers, and collaborators to amplify our message.
  • Spot trends, cultural moments, and viral content opportunities we can tap into.
  • Develop content scripts, shot lists, and creative direction for user-generated content (UGC).

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor social and campaign metrics using tools like Meta Suite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Track KPIs (growth, engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Optimize content performance through A/B testing and data-driven refinements.

Brand Consistency & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Ensure consistent visual and verbal brand identity across all platforms.
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, product, support) to align communication efforts and relay key updates.
  • Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives with optimized content.

What We’re Looking For

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 – 3 years proven experience in social media management, digital content creation, or community management.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to tailor tone for different platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Meta Suite, Buffer, Notion, etc.
  • Basic SEO knowledge and ability to optimize content for visibility.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Creativity, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in Edtech Industry
  • Track record of working with micro-influencers or UGC campaigns.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and running paid ad campaigns.

Deliverables & Reporting:

  • Monthly content calendar & campaign strategy.
  • Weekly analytics and performance reports.
  • Designed graphics, videos, and marketing creatives (in collaboration with the team).
  • Feedback and community insights to shape future campaigns.
