Job Title: Social Media & Customer Experience Executive

Location: Alagomeji,  Yaba – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, creative, and customer-focused Social Media & Customer Experience Executive to manage its digital presence and deliver exceptional customer service via social media channels.
  • This role is ideal for someone who understands the balance between aesthetics, brand storytelling, and timely customer support especially on Instagram business pages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the brand’s Instagram business page creating and posting content, responding to DMs/comments, and engaging followers
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally via social media
  • Plan and execute content strategies across Instagram and other platforms
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and engagement patterns to drive growth
  • Maintain a consistent and positive brand voice in all interactions
  • Track metrics and provide monthly performance reports
  • Collaborate with sales/support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Protect and manage the brand’s online reputation with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage
  • 2 years proven experience managing an Instagram business page
  • Strong background in customer service, especially in a digital or social media role
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues with tact
  • A proactive, creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Preferred: Female candidate residing in Yaba, Surulere, or nearby areas.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
