Job Overview
- We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence across all platforms.
- The ideal candidate is highly motivated, innovative, and passionate about storytelling through social content.
- This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and customer support teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage social media calendar and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Respond to followers’ comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Run paid social campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and reporting
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics), and scheduling platforms
- Strong visual aesthetic and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Experience with influencer collaborations and community building is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
