We are a leading real estate investment company focused on delivering exceptional returns to our investors and we are seeking an experienced Real Estate Fund/Investment Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Title: Social Media Manager/Content Creator (NYSC)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: NYSC

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Plan and manage social media calendars for all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, blogs, infographics) tailored to each platform’s audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Write compelling copy for social media posts, captions, and blogs that reflect the brand voice.

Brand Development:

  • Maintain and enhance the brand’s online presence, ensuring consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for brand promotion and engagement with target audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Current NYSC member seeking PPA(Place of Primary Assignments).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
