Job Title: Social Media Officer
Location: Remote (Lagos-based candidates preferred)

Role Summary
- We are looking for a highly creative and digitally savvy Social Media & Customer Engagement Officer to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, communicating with clients via email, and supporting digital campaigns that promote our services and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Build and maintain an engaged online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner across all social media platforms.
- Write compelling captions and micro-copy aligned with HR trends and client needs.
- Develop and implement content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Create visually appealing graphics, short videos, reels, and carousels using Canva and other design tools.
- Draft, plan and send regular email campaigns to clients and subscribers promoting HR services, webinars, updates, or offers.
- Monitor social media and email performance metrics and provide monthly reports.
- Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google and LinkedIn.
- Support business development campaigns through digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Canva and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo, or Sendinblue).
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Good understanding of digital trends, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
- Basic video editing experience using mobile apps (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
- Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns is an added advantage.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Salary: N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
