Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Highrachy’s social media strategy across multiple platforms
- Create visually-appealing and engaging content aligned with our brand voice and values
- Manage and maintain our social media channels while staying up-to-date on the latest trends
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content for marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to adjust our strategy and improve engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other partners
- Act as a presenter during video tours of Highrachy’s properties and other social media contents
- Assist with community management, including responding to user inquiries and complaints
- Track and report on social media metrics to measure the success of our efforts
Requirements
Required:
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Highly creative with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with problem-solving and listening ability
- Strong content creation skills.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field
- Basic familiarity with video and photo editing software tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
