We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Spa Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service standards.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all spa services.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to support uninterrupted spa operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate spa staff, including therapists, aestheticians, and receptionists.
- Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service quality and personalized care.
- Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Build strong relationships with regular clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Drive spa sales through service promotions, product recommendations, and membership programs.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all spa operations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure staff certifications are current.
