We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Spa Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Spa Manager will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and smooth workflow.
  • The ideal candidate should be skilled instaff management, customer relations, and business operations, ensuring that the spa meets its revenue targets while providing a relaxing and luxurious experience to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all spa operations, treatments, and services.
  • Lead and supervise therapists, front desk staff, and other personnel.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue performance, implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for beauty products and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance withhealth and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and staff concerns professionally.
  • Organize training and development programs for spa employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certification in Business Management, Spa Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 4 – 5 years of experience as a Spa Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, skincare products, and wellness trends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly
