Job Title: Sponsorship Lead (Female)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Securing sponsorships for key brand events
  • Identify and pursue potential sponsors through research and networking.
  • Develop and pitch sponsorship packages that align with sponsor and organizational goals.
  • Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage the execution of sponsorship deliverables, including event activations, marketing materials, and other agreed-upon benefits.
  • Monitor and evaluate sponsorship performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective sponsors, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between sponsors and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sponsor value and build long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and manage sponsorship budgets, ensuring responsible spending and maximizing return on investment.
  • Track and analyze sponsorship revenue, providing insights for future planning.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sponsorship strategies and plans.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sponsorship management.

Skills & Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6 – 7 years work experience
  • People’s skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have good contacts in the marketing world.

Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 Monthly.
