Job Title: Sponsorship Lead (Female)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Securing sponsorships for key brand events
- Identify and pursue potential sponsors through research and networking.
- Develop and pitch sponsorship packages that align with sponsor and organizational goals.
- Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Manage the execution of sponsorship deliverables, including event activations, marketing materials, and other agreed-upon benefits.
- Monitor and evaluate sponsorship performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective sponsors, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Act as a liaison between sponsors and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sponsor value and build long-term partnerships.
- Develop and manage sponsorship budgets, ensuring responsible spending and maximizing return on investment.
- Track and analyze sponsorship revenue, providing insights for future planning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sponsorship strategies and plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sponsorship management.
Skills & Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 6 – 7 years work experience
- People’s skills
- Negotiation skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Must have good contacts in the marketing world.
Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 Monthly.
