Job Title: Staff Technical Professional
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers (Frequent travels to other parts of the country and sometimes overseas.)

Job Description
- Our client in the oil and gas service industry is currently seeking to engage dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated Staff Technical Professionals (Engineers) to join its team to manage the portfolios of its services and also to liaise with field personnel and clients and ensure smooth daily operations of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Development Unit to prepare technical proposals for project bids and tenders.
- Carry out project site inspections/feasibility studies, write reports on findings and give recommendations as input into proposals based on the information from site investigations.
- Carry out pre-project site surveys to develop project designs and eliminate and solve anticipated challenges to project delivery.
- Review project inspection and test plan (ITP), work method statement and safety policies with QAQC Manager.
- Prepare project schedule, Personnel Assignment plans, Equipment assignment plan, procurement plan for the completion of all work described, Contract Agreement per the Scope of Work and Technical Requirements.
- Perform engineering calculations and design schemes or project concepts using computer-aided design (CAD)
- Draft blueprints, sketches, or other documentation demonstrating proposed ideas and prototypes, modifying based on feedback and simulation results.
- Collaborate with technical partners, project engineers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and scope of the project.
- Building and establishing good working relationships with clients, partners, staff and regulators.
- Liaise with foreign technical partners on data acquisition modalities for NDT and other project-related inspections.
- Work with Management on any other tasks that may emerge as a result of the growth of the company.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A first degree in any of these Engineering fields from a reputable university: Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering.
- Technical and/or Legal certification (s) like NEBOSH, ISPON, IOSH, OSHA and ROV Operator Certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years in the oil and gas, OHS or environmental management roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills.
- Strong knowledge in the use of audio-visual and IT products.
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems and office software.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong planning, management, and organizational skills.
Salary
- N250,000 Monthly.
