Job Title: Staffing Specialist (Project-based)
Location: Lagos (Remote)
Description
- As a Staffing Specialist at Talentsquare, you will play a crucial role in our project-based staffing solutions.
- You will focus on sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for specific projects, ensuring a timely and efficient delivery of talent to our clients.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by actively seeking and securing new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Project-Based Recruitment: Source and recruit candidates for perm, contract and temp project assignments based on client specifications.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability for roles as requested by clients.
- Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients to understand their specific needs and provide updates on the recruitment process.
- Candidate Management: Manage candidate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing communication throughout the project duration.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Experience in Staffing: Demonstrated experience in sourcing and placing candidates.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, candidates, and internal team members.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate the ability to address challenges and find creative solutions.
- Business Development Skills: Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws: Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
