Job Description

Your role involves the efficient management of our stockroom, ensuring accurate records, timely replenishments, and overall organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining meticulous records of receipts, withdrawals, and stockroom activities.
• Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies in an organized manner.
• Conducting regular physical stock audits, reconciling with the Material Management System (MMS).
• Accurately documenting all inbound and outbound goods.
• Promptly notifying the store manager/supervisor of low stock levels.
• Executing various stock-related tasks, including returns, packing, pricing, and labeling.
• Inspecting deliveries for discrepancies or damages and promptly reporting them for resolution.
• Exercising control over store tools and activities.
• Completing necessary paperwork for stock orders.
• Updating stock information in the computer system.
• Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the functional Head as needed.

Prerequisites

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• The ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Inventory Management Software.
• Basic computer skills for day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge of ERP is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• You should have a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to inventory management, accounting, finance, or a related area.
