Job Title: Strategic Executive Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Executive Assistant to support the Chairman.
  • The ideal candidate will provide executive-level administrative, project management, and business development support while serving as a key liaison between the Chairman and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, prioritizing communications.
  • Lead and oversee strategic projects, ensuring timely execution.
  • Conduct market research and support business development initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, project management, or business development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and project management software.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
