We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• Monitor staff, coordinate tasks, and maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including guest services to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and schedule staff across various departments such as food services to ensure optimal staffing levels and service quality.
• Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures to maintain operational standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally to resolve problems and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and supplies, placing orders or requisitions as needed to ensure all departments are adequately stocked without exceeding budget constraints.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to develop promotional strategies and packages to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities and equipment, scheduling repairs and renovations to ensure the hotel remains attractive and functional for guests.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of HND / B.Sc Degrees in Hospitality Management, Accounting or any related field
• 10+ years relevant work experience in a similar role.

• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Passion for the hospitality industry.

Special Requirement:

• Candidate should send a photograph standing beside a vehicle or standing next to the door of a house for height reference.

Salary
N400,000 – N700,000 Monthly.
