Title: Support Operations Executive
Location: Lagos
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Obtain an in-depth understanding of PAPSS
- Monitor Payments on the Instant Payment System (IPS)
- Monitor settlements periodic reconciliation of transactions
- Manage internal projects by ensuring they stay on track and are effectively prioritized
- Contribute to operational improvement strategies and PAPSS body of knowledge (BOK).
- Provide support to participants by managing and resolving issues (technical and non-technical) they may encounter in PAPPS.
- Communicate product feature suggestions and updates based on interaction with the clients to your line manager.
- Assist with business projects and implementation of new processes.
- All other duties as assigned by your line manager.
