Job Summary

  • We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Talent Acquisition Analyst to support our recruitment efforts. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in analyzing recruitment data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform our recruitment strategies.
  • You will also assist in coordinating recruitment processes, managing candidate data, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment data, including candidate sources, time-to-hire, and other key metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Recruitment Process Support: Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
  • Candidate Data Management: Manage candidate data, including updating candidate records, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders, including hiring managers, talent acquisition team members, and senior leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office.
