Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and attract the best candidates to support our company’s growth.
Job Details
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage across multiple functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring criteria.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment activity records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on talent acquisition trends, best practices, and relevant employment laws.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human RResources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field with a minimum of a 2.2. Master’s degree is an added advantage
Experience:
- 5-6 years’ relevant experience in Talent Acquisition roles
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage
Skills:
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and hiring policies.
