About the role
- As a Talent Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent and fostering an environment where employees can thrive.
- You will shape and implement strategies that span the full talent lifecycle—from recruitment to career development—ensuring an exceptional employee experience and driving organizational success.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Design and execute strategies to build a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
- Enhance the organization’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiations.
- Leverage recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and outcomes.
- Identifying and attracting top talent for key roles using professional networks like LinkedIn
Workforce Planning & Alignment
- Develop and implement strategies that align workforce planning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to anticipate and address staffing needs.
Employee Engagement & Experience
- Create and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Plan and organize team activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
- Champion DEI by integrating inclusive practices into hiring and talent management programs.
- Drive impactful DEI initiatives that foster a culture of belonging.
Career Development & Growth
- Work with employees and managers to design clear, actionable career development plans.
- Support leadership in identifying growth opportunities for high-potential employees.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-6 years in talent management, recruitment, or a similar HR role (fintech experience is a big plus!).
- Proven track record in recruitment and employee development
- Growth-oriented, innovative, and deeply passionate about people and culture.
- Proven experience in hiring for sales agent roles or managing recruitment for sales campaigns.
- Proficient in advanced technology tools and systems.
