Job Title: Team Lead – Customer Service

Location: Festac Town, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and enhance their skills.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Prepare reports on customer service metrics and present findings to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
