Title: Tech Sales Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company’s solutions and services to designated accounts, prioritizing face-to-face interactions with customers and following a structured call plan.
  • Efficiently advance sales opportunities through various stages to shorten the sales cycle.
  • Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for different business sectors, collaborating with Marketing and Engineering teams to create targeted propositions.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships that influence long-term strategic decisions, serving as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer requests and escalating issues to relevant company authorities when necessary.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue or profit targets.
  • Identify new accounts and explore opportunities within both existing and new accounts.
  • Expand the company’s market presence and mindshare in the assigned sector.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative sales and marketing strategies to maintain the company’s competitiveness.
  • Proactively generate and advance leads into opportunities.
  • Familiarize yourself with the company’s sales process.
  • Provide regular reports on sales, pipeline, deal stages, customer feedback, and ongoing activities to Management.
  • Utilize the company’s sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to accurately manage and progress leads and opportunities.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s solutions and services, target markets, the customer journey, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3-4 years as a Tech sales professional in the ICT Solution Industry.
  • Strong grasp of Complex Solutions Sales and Account Management.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in account management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled in delivering compelling presentations.
  • Capable of writing reports and proposals.
  • Strategic planning and organizational expertise.
  • Proficient in customer profiling and selling complex solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen for accelerated growth strategies.
  • Competence in identifying effective marketing campaigns to attract new partners.
  • Experience in managing programs from concept to execution and driving sales execution toward targets.
