Job Description

  • This job holder provides support to the office of the CCSO to streamline all operational activities from the component functions in the division for easier management by the incumbent officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engages all departmental heads to coordinate all operational activities coming to the office of the CCSO for optimal efficiency.
  • Collects, analyses and summarizes all relevant data to prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports.
  • Reviews briefs forwarded to the CCSO, highlighting relevant areas for CCSO’s attention.
  • Represents the CCSO as delegated in meetings.
  • Monitor divisional project process, and communicates updates as well as adjustment as needed.
  • Carry out other sundry assignments as directed by the CCSO.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or related field.
  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field is an added advantage.
  • 3 – 5 years of cognate experience in any support roles.
