Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Locations: Nigeria (Remote)

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) for Bamboo Securities to lead B2B technical integrations between Bamboo and our institutional partners, including asset managers, banks, fintechs, and wealth tech firms.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating smooth collaboration between Bamboo’s engineering team and the partner companies’ engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration of our investment products.
  • They will also work closely with Bamboo Securities’ Sales Team, as well as internal business and product teams, to align technical execution with business goals.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Bamboo’s engineering team and partner companies’ engineering teams, ensuring smooth technical integration.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for product and engineering teams.
  • Work closely with Bamboo Securities’ Sales Team to ensure integrations align with client needs and revenue goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between product, business, and technical stakeholders, ensuring all teams are aligned.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring integrations are completed efficiently and successfully.
  • Provide strategic input on product enhancements that could improve B2B integrations and user experience.
  • Identify and troubleshoot integration challenges, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
  • Communicate technical details to business leaders and financial stakeholders in a clear, non-technical manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial regulations, and B2B fintech best practices.

Experience, Skills and Behaviours Requirement

  • 3 – 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, securities, or B2B SaaS.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
  • Finance/investment knowledge—experience with trading platforms, brokerage infrastructure, or asset management is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts between teams.
  • Experience managing API-based integrations or working in a B2B product environment.
  • Strong project management skills—able to balance multiple integrations and ensure timely execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter mindset—ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.
  • You’re great at collecting both internal and external customer feedback, requests, empathizing with their challenges and opportunities, and prioritizing roadmaps to optimize results.
  • You have expert knowledge of project management/software tools: JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence GSuite, Basecamp, Miro and figma/figjam.
  • You are a hands-on, driven individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to advance decisions
  • Happy with working in a fast paced environment, doing everything possible to meet deadlines.
  • You are known for being a creative problem solver with the attitude that there is no problem that cannot be solved, fixed, or mitigated.
  • You are a skilled communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences, and are known to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and effectively with all levels of internal and external audiences.
