Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the construction chemicals industry.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and client management, with deep expertise in construction chemicals or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Identify and engage potential clients while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of core sales experience in construction chemicals or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals and their applications.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
