Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the construction chemicals industry.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and client management, with deep expertise in construction chemicals or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Identify and engage potential clients while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of core sales experience in construction chemicals or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals and their applications.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
