Job Description
- Daily brewing review meeting with brewing manager and brewing specialist on the BMF performance
- Monitoring the number of soaks back flush before the next CIP
- Monitoring total volume filtered in between CIPs
- Monitoring Product consumption and concentration in the storage area (Sodium Persulphate degenerate easily if not properly stored)
- Report on stock levels
- Weekly report on site
- Sales & business development activities within and around Sagamu etc.
- Analysis of finish products.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Eng, BSc, B.Tech or HND qualification with 2 – 8 years work experience.
