We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Technology Business Analyst
Location: Lagos (hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into clear, actionable technology development plans.
- Track and oversee the technology team’s project delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other departments to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure project implementation follows best practices in IT security and compliance.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Experience in software development is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the financial Services industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IT security, DevOps, and system architecture is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
