Job Title: Telemarketer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about our services.
  • Identify and qualify leads, using persuasive communication to generate interest
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing strategies with current campaigns and promotions.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends,
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must have a personal computer and a router
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with a focus on closing sales and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary

  • N100,000 Monthly.
