Job Title: Telemarketer

Location:  Abuja (FCT) – Remote

Job Summary

  • We are looking for persuasive, organized, and target-driven Telemarketers to reach out to leads, educate them about Nexcore’s services, and convert them into paying clients.
  • This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are great at building rapport, handling objections, and working efficiently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call prospective clients from the leads database.
  • Introduce Nexcore’s services clearly and confidently.
  • Qualify prospects and identify the services that best suit their immigration needs.
  • Convert warm leads into consultations or direct sign-ups.
  • Follow up with interested leads consistently via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Track and meet daily/weekly conversion and follow-up targets.
  • Address frequently asked questions using provided scripts and guidance materials.
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.
  • Gather insights from client conversations to inform service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and outcomes using CRM tools.
  • Submit daily call logs and weekly reports on progress and client concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work with scripts while sounding natural and engaging.
  • Reliable access to a quiet calling environment and internet-enabled device.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, call tracking, and CRM tools.

Performance Indicators:

  • Number of calls made per day.
  • Lead-to-conversion ratio.
  • Response rate to follow-ups.
  • Client satisfaction from tele-interactions.

Salary

  • N70,000 Monthly.
