Title: Telesales Representative

Location: Onikan, Lagos Island – Lagos

Employment Type: Contract

Slot: 9 Openings (4 Remote and 4 Onsite Staff)

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of OND is required.
• Passionate about Telesales, customer service and sales
• Minimum of six months’ experience preferably in the online, ecommerce and classifieds sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Mandatory to own a laptop and smart phone.

Remuneration

• N40,000 + N40,000 Incentives (For Remote Staff)
• N50,000 + N40,000 Incentives (For Onsite Staff)
