Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Tendering/Bid Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead the preparation and submission of competitive technical and commercial proposals.
• The Tendering / Bid Specialist will lead the entire bid process—from identifying tenders to preparing and submitting high-quality technical and commercial proposals for Oil & Gas clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Oil & Gas tenders: EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, ITTs.
• Interpret client requirements and develop winning proposals.
• Generate technical documents: scopes of work, execution plans, methodologies.
• Handle submission on platforms like NIPEX, Ariba, PIMS, NCDMB JQS.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, HSE, QA/QC, Procurement).
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions.
• Manage post-submission clarifications and communications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas tendering/bidding.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas tendering procedures and local content requirements.
• Ability to prepare proposals independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
