Job Summary
- This role is focused on providing vital support to our training function. Your responsibilities will include coordinating employee and management training programs and handling all administrative duties within the training school.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the creation and implementation of training programs.
- Maintain training records, including trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
- Arrange classrooms and ensure they are properly set up.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, such as instructional notes and feedback forms.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and participants.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure invoices are settled.
- Address onsite issues as they arise.
- Compile reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Recommend enhancements or new training programs.
- Ensure adherence to established policies by employees and vendors.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Training Academy, classrooms, restrooms, and the surrounding environment.
- Promote a culture of proper facility maintenance in collaboration with the Maintenance department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel Development, Human Relations, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin/Training Officer.
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities with effective problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Salary Offer
- N100,000 – N140,000 per month.
