Job Title: Graduate Trainee (Telesales)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- As our Graduate Trainee you will be responsible for selling products and services especially public sector loans (NPF, FCTA, Customs, Correctional Services, Tertiary Institutions etc) mostly via telephone and web.
- The day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, presenting product offerings, out bound calls, digital marketing, telephone marketing etc.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Generate leads and identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present product offerings, answer inquiries, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 0-2 years’ post NYSC experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales target in public sector
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 Monthly.
