Job Title: UI/UX Designer

About the Role
- We are looking for a skilled and creative UI/UX Engineer to join our remote product development team.
- This role goes beyond visual design — it requires someone who can think strategically, solve problems, and translate business objectives into user-friendly digital experiences.
- You’ll be responsible for both improving existing design systems and user flows, as well as creating entirely new pages, components, and user experience areas from scratch.
- You’ll work closely with developers and product managers to bring concepts to life and ensure consistency across the platform.
- We value designers who don’t just deliver what’s asked but challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and propose better solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and refine existing user flows to optimize for simplicity, usability, and scalability.
- Translate product ideas, user research, and business goals into clear, engaging, and functional interfaces.
- Proactively identify UX/UI problems and propose innovative, practical design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Create and maintain consistent design systems, ensuring cohesive branding and user experience across the product.
- Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives in every design decision.
- Conduct or support usability testing and research initiatives.
- Incorporate design principles such as visual hierarchy, appropriate whitespace usage, and accessibility best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
- Experience: 2 – 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product or SaaS environment.
- Design Mastery: Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive user flows, scalable UI components, and mobile-first/responsive design.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma or similar tools; working knowledge of design systems and interactive prototyping.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify design challenges and develop creative, user-centered solutions.
- Understanding of Business Metrics: Ability to align design decisions with company objectives and user behavior insights.
- Design Principles: Deep understanding of layout, spacing, and interaction principles, especially effective use of whitespace for clarity and focus.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Effective Remote Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to share ideas clearly in a fully remote setup.
- Strong Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams and collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders.
- Active Listening: Open to feedback and capable of adjusting designs based on team and user input without losing sight of design intent.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in agile or lean startup environments.
- Understanding of Project management tools
- Previous experience with workflow, productivity, or collaboration tools.
